Shipping policy

 

LOCAL PICKUP - Contactless Pick up is available from 48 South Lake Drive, Winnipeg, MB.  If this option is chosen, you will be contacted once the package is ready with pick up details and a pick up time can be determined.

International shipping is offered.  Please contact us a dragonfibebags@gmail.com if shipping is not calculated upon checkout. You will be responsible for any customs or duty charges. United States and International shipping can take longer. 

For shipping to United States, standard shipping does not include a tracking number or insurance.  Please use this option at your own risk.  Dragon Fibre Bags is not responsible for lost or missing items when this option is chosen.

If you are sending this a gift, please contact me with the third party shipping address. 

All bags are in perfect condition when they leave my possession.
I will try my best to ensure that your bag is packaged carefully to avoid damage but I am not responsible for damages or loss once it’s in Canada Post hands.
